building the Greenhouse and Nourishment Center

Fresh Food. Grown Locally. Accessible to Everyone.

How Your Purchase Helps

Every Todd plush and every Molly directly supports the systems below. Each one is designed to be practical, local, and repeatable.

The Greenhouse: The Living Classroom

Funds help build and maintain a local greenhouse where fresh produce is grown year-round.
This includes materials, soil systems, utilities, and ongoing upkeep to ensure consistent food production..

The Nourishment Center

Support goes toward operating a produce-only Nourishment Center connected to the greenhouse.
This covers infrastructure, equipment, staffing, and daily operations that make fresh food accessible through a simple, fair access model.

Sustainable Operations

Purchases help sustain long-term operations, including composting systems, seed cycles, and closed-loop growing practices that reduce waste and reinvest back into the soil.

Community Infrastructure

Funds contribute to the creation of physical spaces that support calm, accessible environments, including accessibility features, signage, layout design, and the maintenance of shared community spaces.

The Molly Project

A portion of every purchase supports the development of Molly, a Memory Guardian designed to help people reflect, ground, and navigate daily life through Attuned Artificial Intelligence.

Community Models Scalable

Support helps document, refine, and prepare these systems so they can be replicated in other communities over time, starting local, growing intentionally.

Every purchase supports real infrastructure, real food, and real systems designed to last. local, growing intentionally.

Help Hold This

The Greenhouse: The Living Classroom

The greenhouse is a working food-growing environment designed to function as both infrastructure and education. It operates year-round, producing fresh fruits and vegetables while serving as a hands-on learning space rooted in care, responsibility, and presence. This is not a traditional classroom. Learning happens through tending living systems.

How It Works

Food Production
Produce is grown directly in the greenhouse using soil-based and vertical growing systems. Crops are selected for nutritional value, seasonal balance, and consistent yield. Harvests supply the connected Nourishment Center.

Composting & Closed-Loop Growing
All plant waste is composted on site and returned to the soil. This creates a closed-loop system where food waste becomes future nourishment, reducing costs, minimizing waste, and restoring soil health over time.

Sustainable Operations
The greenhouse is designed for long-term use, with systems that prioritize durability, efficiency, and repeatability. Every part of the process feeds back into the next growing cycle.

The Living Classroom Program

The greenhouse also functions as a paid, supervised school program for students who choose to participate.

Students learn by:

  • planting, watering, pruning, and harvesting
  • observing plant cycles and growth patterns
  • caring for shared space and tools
  • practicing consistency, patience, and responsibility

Learning is experiential, not performance-based. There are no tests or grades. Progress is measured through presence, reliability, and care. Students are paid a fair, above-minimum starting wage. Calm, attention, and consistency are recognized as legitimate work.

Environment & Design

The space is intentionally designed to feel calm and accessible:

  • fully wheelchair accessible
  • wide walkways and raised beds
  • no ladders, only step stools
  • seating areas for rest and observation
  • soft background music and quiet work culture

The greenhouse is structured as a sanctuary, a place where learning, work, and nourishment coexist.

Purpose

The greenhouse supports:

  • local food production
  • practical education
  • youth engagement
  • sustainable operations
  • community nourishment

It is designed to be repeatable, allowing this model to expand into other communities over time..

The Nourishment Center

The choice is private.

Shared Access

Shared Access is built into the system.

A portion of each harvest is protected so food is always available.
Supported by purchases, reserves, and community partners.

No sign-up.
No approval.

The Space

Produce only.
No kitchen.
No prepared food.

Open displays.
Wide walkways.
Fully wheelchair accessible.

Mental Well-Being by Design

The Nourishment Center supports mental well-being through structure, predictability, and environment.

Clear pricing, defined limits, and consistent routines reduce daily decision fatigue and uncertainty. The calm layout, open flow, and unhurried pace support a grounded experience. For many people, the ability to choose their own food, move at their own pace, and rely on a dependable system contributes to a greater sense of stability and control. This support is built into the design, not through instruction, but through consistency.

Purpose

The Nourishment Center exists to:

  • distribute locally grown food
  • provide consistent, reliable access
  • operate with clear systems and boundaries
  • support both physical nourishment and mental well-being

It is designed as practical infrastructure, calm, dependable, and repeatable.
